Refund policy
At Mantradusa, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We want you to feel confident in every purchase of our safety essentials.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the internal security seal is broken or the product has been used:
• Used SOS Alarms: We cannot accept returns on alarms that have been activated or show signs of wear, as we must ensure the battery life and decibel strength for the next user.
• Self-Defense Keychains: Items that show scratches or signs of being carried on a keyring are not eligible for return.
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For electronic items like the SafeNest alarm, please test the device immediately upon arrival to ensure functionality.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at mantradusa.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
