These products are tools to assist in personal safety and should be used in conjunction with common sense and safety awareness.

2. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using products from Mantradusa, the buyer assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of the items. Mantradusa, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

3. Compliance with Local Laws

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer (not Mantradusa) to check and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of self-defense or safety items (such as window breakers, whistles, or alarms) in their specific location. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are of legal age and will use the products in a lawful manner.

4. Product Testing & Maintenance

Safety devices, particularly electronic alarms like the SafeNest, require battery power to function. Mantradusa recommends that customers test their devices regularly. Mantradusa is not responsible for device failure due to battery depletion, improper storage, or lack of maintenance.
